- Lucky Winners - Youths who wins, will receive support packages to help them start their own businesses for their discovered ideas.
- Unlucky Winners - Youths who do not win the competitions, would have learned how to build relationships, discover and build-brand ideas.

To qualify, youths' applicants must be:
- 14 - 18 years old
- A high school, college student, a working or non-working youth.
- A dreamer, passionate and social person, intellectually curious and ambitious, and ready to conquer the world of business and create change.
The Judging Panels

The judging panels will consist of thirteen members carefully selected from around the world that will include:
- Three members from industries/business.
- Three members from universities.
- Three members from reference points (i.e., NGOs, international organizations).
- Three members from funding/sponsoring companies.
- One member from a well-known auditing company.

Online sessions with mentors' guidance that includes:
- 35 days online coaching program.
- A chance to compete yearly.
- Certificate of Participation - Upon completion of this session, you will receive a Certificate of Participation
- Lifetime online Community Support - Participants will also get online community support - get help on-demand whenever you need it.
Process - How it works!
- Youths subscribe to join 20X.
- Complete the required self-paced modules within 30 days.
- Recorded video of final project presentations submitted to coaches for review and approval.
- Approved final projects will be submitted to a judging panel to select the 3-best projects.
- Awards will be granted for the best 3-winners.
- On the second Wednesday of January of every year, the best voted projects will be submitted to an international judging panel to select the best 3-projects of the year.
- Yearly awards will be granted for the best 3-winners of the year.
