- Determining the potential revenue streams and how to transform them into reality related to the strengths of the university,
- Develop opportunities to enhance the competitiveness of universities based on the university’s strengths,
- Develop the brand identity of the university and its programs that will distinguish it locally, regionally, and globally to improve its competitiveness and place it in the ranks of advanced educational institutions globally to attract investment, students, companies, and educational cadres.
- Develop a strategy to promote the university’s brand identity and its programs and create global partnerships that will support the development and promotion of the university and its programs.
Duration
2 days online
- 5-modules per day - 1 hour for each module
- 6-hours per day, from 3:00PM - 6:00PM (GST Dubai time).
- Breakout groups workshops at the end of each day sessions for hands-on applications.
- Daily wrap-up sessions.
