We help apprentices think like social entrepreneurs:

  • Pre-recruitment preparation - We first help candidates develop general industry perspective to align them with the right employers.
  • Post recruitment training - Once recruited, we help recruits discover the right thing to do next for employers (creative phase), and then discover how to do the next thing right at their workplaces (innovative phase).
  • Ongoing support - We provide recruits lifetime online community to get on-job help whenever needed.

Amazingly effective technique!

TEBSA helps apprentices discover how to:

  • Collaborate with teammates thinking, designing, and building solutions – “Freelancers” style working on a specific problem the employer may have.
  • Personalize the problem through questions that addresses “Freelancers” as “the business” and ask them to solve the problem or come-up with business ideas as if they were the customers.
  • Validate the solution or the business idea to make sure it is socially, technically, and economically viable for the business.
  • Present the final project to employer to show what they are capable of doing for the business, and start implementing at work.

Customized Learning Duration!

42 days ( 6 weeks) - Expected hours during the 42 days: 

  • Hybrid Coaching: Average 26 hours (4 hours per day for the first 4 days, and then 2 hours per week for 5 week.
  • Final project presentation to employer: 2 hours (Apprentice workplan at employer).
  • Once project approved by employer, apprentice complete the  remainder of apprenticeship contracted period, with the support of TEBSA mentors.
  • Duration is customizable - Apprenticeships duration is customizable to align with employer's needs.

  1. Streamline apprenticeship process.
