To help learners build confidence and entrepreneur-mindset, TEBSI will help them gain the necessary talents to solve problems and produce innovative ideas for the business - We help them:
- Collaborate with each other thinking, designing, and building solutions – “Freelancers” style working on a specific problem the organization may have.
- Personalize the problem through questions that addresses “Freelancers” as “the business” and ask them to solve the problem or come-up with business ideas as if they were the customers.
- Validate the solution or the business idea to make sure it is socially, technically, and economically viable for the business.
Duration
6 weeks for customized TEBSI.
Expected hours:
- Coaching: Average 26 hours (4 hours per day for the first 4 days, and then 2 hours per week for 5 week.
- Available Mentor Support: 12 hours (2 hours/week).
- Review and Assessment: 6 hours (1 hour/week).
- Final project presentation: 2 hours.
