Customized Learning Duration
- 42‑day (6‑week) core program with ~26 hours of hybrid coaching, mentoring and support. (customizable - 3, 4, 6, 9, or 12 months)
- Final employer presentation: 2 hours.
- After employer approval, apprentices continue the remaining contracted period with TEBSA mentor support.
- Fully flexible: Duration can be customized to employer needs.
