Emiratisation means employment of UAE citizens and it is one of the highest priorities of the government. The Emirati Human Resources Competitiveness Council, 'Nafis' implements national initiatives aimed at increasing Emiratisation in the private sector. It is a UAE government initiative mandating the employment of Emiratis in a meaningful manner in both the public and private sectors. Its aim is to raise the number of Emiratis in the UAE workforce and therefore increase their contribution to the national economy.
In support of Emiratisation, Talents of Endearment has developed this initiative to support Emiratisation through TECA platform with emphasis on the United Arab Emirates market expectation, future opportunities, business needs, and people's culture.
Talents of Endearment Career Accelerator (TECA), help Emirati college students and graduates create career and business relevance to become in demand for the future of work and business with lifetime career support; it is country-business-sector-specific that helps Emirati trainees build new talents to become unique and employable.
Talents of Endearment is uniting with education and business organizations to create experiential learning opportunities for Emirati college graduates with real-life business case projects to show future employers what they are capable of doing to help their business grow and stay ahead. This initiative will help Emirati college graduates champion their career path and enjoy a successful life.
TECA help Emirati trainees:
TECA help trainees gain the necessary talents to discover innovative ideas and solve challenges for business:
TECA’ smart training will help match and align trainees with host companies (future employers) and develop experiential learning experience needed by the host company and every other business in the industry, NOW. We help trainees discover and build innovative ideas and solve real-case business challenges. With these new skillsets, trainees will be able to show their future employer, with confidence, what they can do for their business with their new learned experience.
Program duration is customizable (8 weeks - 16 weeks)
TECA help trainees develop experience to connect to people, discover aspirations, identify opportunities and innovative ideas that are socially, economically, and technically viable.
TECA help trainees develop experience to build innovative ideas, solve business challenges, and develop collaborative teamwork to create a growth culture and career success.
Upon successful completion, trainees will receive a Certificate of Completion to show their future employers the experience they have acquired and the value they can bring them.
Upon successful completion, trainees will receive lifetime online community support to help them find help whenever needed throughout their career; never alone again.
Upon successful completion, trainees will become eligible to join Talents of Endearment Capabilities Center (TECC) and become clients' capabilities professional.
Upon successful completion, trainees will have a chance to solicit their resumes for employment through our recruitment partner companies around the world.
