TECA Lab is a 12‑36 weeks (customizable) experiential career accelerator where you work in teams to solve real business challenges. It’s a simulated work‑placement designed to build your confidence, creativity, and employability. 

University students, recent graduates, and early‑career professionals who want to gain practical experience and stand out in the job market.
