TECA Lab is an 8‑week (customizable) experiential career accelerator where you work in teams to solve real business challenges. It’s a simulated work‑placement designed to build your confidence, creativity, and employability. 

University students, recent graduates, and early‑career professionals who want to gain practical experience and stand out in the job market.

Yes. You’ll receive a certificate of completion and access to lifetime career support. 

• Phase 1 (8 weeks): The Lab experience with live sessions, teamwork, and project showcase.
• Phase 2 (optional, $249): Apply your project directly with a host company for deeper, real‑world impact.
