Talents of Endearment Career Accelerator for Saudization

Saudization means employment of Saudi citizens and it is one of the highest priorities of the government. The Saudi government implements national initiatives aimed at increasing Saudization in the private sector.  It is a Saudi Arabian government initiative mandating the employment of Saudis in a meaningful manner in both the public and private sectors. Its aim is to raise the number of Saudis in the Saudi Arabia workforce and therefore increase their contribution to the national economy. 

In support of Saudization, Talents of Endearment has developed this initiative to support Saudization through TECA platform with emphasis on the Saudi Arabia market expectation, future opportunities, business needs, and people's culture.
