Our technique is unique and effective!
TECA help trainees gain the necessary talents to discover innovative ideas and solve challenges for business:
- Trainees will work with others from around the world to collaborate thinking, designing, and building solutions – “Freelancers” style working on a specific business challenge in a specific sector.
- Then, we help them personalize the challenge to a specific business through questions that addresses “them” as “the business” and ask them to solve the problem or come-up with business ideas as if they were the customers.
- Then, check validity to ensure that the solution is socially, technically, and economically viable.
How it works!
- Trainees subscribe to TECA.
- Match college intern or graduate to host company.
- Align trainees with host company' immediate business needs.
- Complete TECA program
- Deliver the completed final live case project to host company.
- Whenever it is required, issue evaluation report for college interns.
TECA ensures employability!
TECA’ smart training will help match and align trainees with host companies (future employers) and develop experiential learning experience needed by the host company and every other business in the industry, NOW. We help trainees discover and build innovative ideas and solve real-case business challenges. With these new skillsets, trainees will be able to show their future employer, with confidence, what they can do for their business with their new learned experience.
TECA Duration
Program duration is customizable (8 weeks - 16 weeks)
- Coaching: Average 68-hours (during 16 weeks)
- Q&A mentors' help: 32-hours (2-hours per week available mentors help).
- Review and Assessment: 16-hours (1 hour per week).
- Final project presentation: 2-hours.
- Learners spends additional time on their own to complete assignments with mentors' supervision.
